4. Temporary interruption of live classes due to technical or internet-related issues shall not by itself constitute a failure to provide the Services.

7. Payments and Pricing

Purchase of a course grants the user a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access the purchased Services.

No ownership or intellectual-property rights are transferred to the user through purchase.

10. Prohibited Use and Content Sharing

Users must not, without prior written permission:

1. Copy or reproduce course content.
2. Record live classes.
3. Screen-record or otherwise capture protected video/audio content.
4. Download content where downloading is not expressly permitted.
5. Share login credentials with another person.
6. Share course videos, PDFs, notes, questions, tests, or other materials on Telegram, WhatsApp, YouTube, social media, websites, cloud storage, or any other platform.
7. Sell, rent, sublicense, redistribute, or commercially exploit course content.
8. Upload Amit Scholars content to public or private groups.
9. Attempt to bypass security, DRM, access restrictions, or other technical protection mechanisms.
10. Use automated tools to scrape or extract protected content.
11. Reverse engineer, interfere with, or attempt to compromise the website, application, servers, or systems.

Any unauthorized distribution or misuse of our content may result in suspension or termination of access and may also lead to legal action where appropriate.

11. Account Sharing

Course accounts are intended for personal use.

If we reasonably identify unauthorized account sharing, excessive simultaneous access, credential sharing, or other suspicious activity, we may:
