We may first attempt to resolve the issue by:

2. Restoring access;
3. Providing an alternative method of access;
4. Extending access where appropriate; or
5. Taking another reasonable corrective measure.

If a material technical issue cannot reasonably be resolved, a refund may be considered based on the circumstances and applicable law.

7. Duplicate Payment

If you are charged more than once for the same transaction due to a verified duplicate payment, the duplicate amount may be eligible for refund.

12. Exam Date or Pattern Changes

Amit Scholars does not control examination authorities.

If an examination is:

• Postponed;
• Cancelled;
• Rescheduled;
• Its syllabus is changed; or
• Its eligibility/pattern is modified

by the relevant examination authority, such circumstances do not automatically create a right to a refund.

Where reasonably possible, Amit Scholars may update relevant educational content or provide suitable alternatives.

18. Account Termination Due to Policy Violation

• Fraudulent activity;
• Security violations;
• Abuse of the platform; or
• Other material violations of Amit Scholars Terms & Conditions,

the user may not be entitled to a refund, subject to applicable law.

If Amit Scholars offers any physical educational products in the future, such products may be governed by separate return, replacement, shipping, and refund conditions displayed at the time of purchase.

The terms applicable to a physical product may differ from this digital-services policy.
